For my first post I thought I'd share my mission statement (if you will) A few months back my sister in law took a cake decorating class where we learned all of the basics up to working with fondant and gum paste. I really enjoyed having an end result with a day so full of never ending things ie; laundry, dishes, etc. I also like to make people happy with something I've made and who doesn't like cake?! Now onto why I started selling cupcakes, cakes and cookies (yes I said cookies!) My sweet husband and I have six kids ranging from 14 down to two 22 month old's. Having a large family is costly especially when they get into high school. So my plan is to make things that taste good and use my imagination to create cakes that are unique and fit what you are looking for. So I will post everything that I make on here so you can see my work and what flavor combination's you can choose from.
